Ok, so the "if (frags > max)" check was unnecessary on FreeBSD, as
speculated on this list previously. Thanks for figuring this out
for us!

The appropriate patch for folks who want to test or implement this
is at:

It looks like the 8.2 release engineering process has moved past
the RC stage, so I suppose it is too late to have this and some of
the other Xen patches included in 8.2.
