I thought 8.3RC1 was going to install while 9.0 does not,
however, I only get farther in the process.

I get to the screen where you select your country, (I select
Canada), and then I get a panic with a re-boot.

The machine installs fine with 8.2, so 8.3 has become un-installable,
while 9.0 causes an even quicker re-boot/lockup.

I am stuck.
