go to amazon.com, bookpool.com, fatbrain.com, freebsdmall.com and enter
'Annelise Anderson' into search. The best for beginner to intermediate
user IMO. Was extensively edited and is most affordable compared to all
other books on the OS. It's more up-to-date than anything else, makes
easy read and even at the newbie level shows and explains a few gems on
the routine level that may take a lot of time and experience to figure
out on your own.
