Use one or other of 'pkg search' (aimed mostly at human users) or 'pkg
rquery' (aimed mostly as use in scripting).  Both of these have a rich
command-line syntax, so start by reading the manual pages.

pkg install -x .

but that's unlikely to work: most collections of packages will have
intrinsic conflicts.
