The dlopen/dlsym functions are built into libc on FreeBSD, so there's

DLOPEN(3) FreeBSD Library Functions Manual DLOPEN(3)

dlopen, dlsym, dlfunc, dlerror, dlclose -- programmatic interface to the
dynamic linker
LIBRARY
