If you do, when trying to boot from a CD/Memory Stick image on a system with bad memory (which would be found by the tests) then it gets quite difficult to find this problem. You need to have some boot level option setting experience/wizardry to set the flags during boot. Also this information should be added to the Hardware or Install portion of the FreeBSD Handbook.
