IIRC, the recommended step to do is do: kldload snd_driver and then do: cat /dev/sndstat to get the correct driver (in my case it is snd_ich). After that you put th= e driver into loder.conf (in my case: snd_ich_load=3D"YES"). Hope it helps. Regards, OJ
