Is there a charge for your babysitting services or do you provide them for free?

This may suprise people who send in bugs, but I(we?) actually do read the bug
reports and when I think they have enough detail I actually look in the code to 
see what could cause that. Obviously this is easier with something further 
then "it paniced".
