I've reopened them and reassigned them to freebsd-ports-bugs@ so that
someone with a fresh perspective can look at them.

For the record, there are currently 1262 ports PRs, of which 1025 are
for existing ports, and 122 are for new ports.  With this many PRs,
the average wait time is going to be nontrivial.  We have, however,
just added several new ports committers, so perhaps we can hold the line
on the backlog in the next few months.
