   What're the advantages to keeping a larger amount of data cached in 
this instance ina situation with a one local network and one default 
gateway (and 95% of the traffic comes via the gateway)?  Will increasing 
rtq_toomany speed up the routing decision still?  (e.g. is the decision 
to use the default route or reply back to the local network going to be 
that much slower than extracting it from the cache?)
