Erhm.. Yeah, that's perhaps not so obvious thing... You see, the "dial"
version doesn't use /usr/bin/login at all, because I wanted to minimize
overhead of running getty, /etc/[s]pwd.db et al.. so in this case a small
scriptie is installed from dial/lang/ directory.
The problem is that this is automatically installed by yet another
${TYPE}=dial bogosity, and since you're building "custom", then, well...
it gets skipped.
Sorry for this - the version I'm working on will try to minimize such
surprises - it's (hopefully) much cleaner in its ways.
