I fixed it by decreasing kern.maxdsiz="1G"

I had it at "2G" before.

MySQL Documentation says to increase that value.
However, I saw some unrelated posted hear saying that it breaks Java  
Memory Allocation.

I really hope something like this gets documented somewhere.
