Hi, If you look through dmesg in 12.0, are there any mentions of USB_ERR ? Can you check that all USB host controller drivers are present before and after the upgrade? What exact PCI models of xhci/ehci/ohci and uhci have you got? pciconf -lv It might be the host controller driver needs a quirk. See: sysctl -a hw.usb | grep hci --HPS
