Argh! It was my el cheapo desktop switch. I tried two ports and two =
cables, they were working with my laptop, but not with the APU. Only =
when I hooked up a different device this evening and couldn't talk to it =
did I think of the switch. Powercycling "fixed" it. Time for an upgrade, =
I think.
