just a quick update that while helping arrowd (who did most of the 
work) on the GHC update, I discovered that there was a subtle bug 
introduced by changes to get Elm to build without network.
We managed to fix that in the update to 0.19.1, so this should be 
working fine now :-) (has been working fine for a few weeks now 
:-D).
