Put this down for a while. Eventually came back to it. Apparently, the proper syntax is location "/Mailman/*" { fastcgi socket "/var/www/run/slowcgi.sock" root "/usr/local/mailman/cgi-bin/" request strip 1 Works perfectly now. Thanks.
