Thanks for all your answers, krad and Tomek. I have tried both DVD and USB media with 10.3-PRERELEASE, and so far no success. But for now, ACPI does not look like the source of problem; I enabled verbose output from the boot menu, and got this additional message: ``` ... [snip] ... acpi0: <HPQOEM SLIC-CPC> on motherboard ACPI: All ACPI Tables successfully acquired PCIe: Memory Mapped configuration base @ 0xf8000000 ``` Then PCIe might be the source of problem now? -- Ardie H.
