By doing some make cleans I was able to fix this problem, but now I've got a net/geoglib-glib build failure (tried doing make clean, which worked with Vala, still no fix). The error is: https://pastebin.com./7cfRse9U. It seems to be related to the helper script gtkdoc-fixxref.
