Firstly: Got it. I'll be sure to start them in the correct order.
Unfortunately, doing this now doesn't fix the problem.

Secondly: I definitely killed nfsd with SIGUSR1. It explicitly ignores
SIGINT, SIGHUP, and SIGTERM.
