try at www.freebsdmall.com. And 2.2.8 might be described as outdated
nowadays. I suggest you get "The Compleat FreeBSD" from freebsdmall, it
ships with 4.0 as I gather.

OTOH. Both 2.2.8 and 3.4 are very stable releases so if you like your old
2.2.8 (I have one at home) then I don't see any reasoon for you to change.
