As far as I know, it's already > supported by the xl(4) driver. The xl driver wasn't available in 2.2.7-RELEASE, but I think it was introduced some time ago in 2.2.7-STABLE, and is now part of the 2.2.8 release. Anyway, to answer the original question, go to http://www.freebsd.org/~wpaul/3Com/ to download the driver separately. Complete installation intructions are available at the above address.
