The port does not detect whether you have POSIX Priority Scheduling
enabled in the kernel, therefore it will not use rtprio(2) and instead
try to use the POSIX sched_setscheduler(2). To fix, rebuild your
kernel with,
options "P1003_1B"
options "_KPOSIX_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING"
options "_KPOSIX_VERSION=199309L"
