Alternatively, if they won't bend to going non-commercial, take a look at cequrux firewall (http://www.cequrux.com) - it is based on FreeBSD and comes highly recommended from both the large and small companies that use it. I know that UUNet-ZA uses them for their network. It is also well priced.
