	At least it will slow them down.  They road to shooting 
themselves in the foot will dead-end, and they'll be forced to turn 
left or right before they can continue towards that goal.  Put a big 
enough roadblock there, and most of those idiots will probably manage 
to avoid shooting themselves in the foot.

	Not all, of course.  But most.
