Where did you get it from? Is it this one: http://www.muc.de/~ag/pvrxxx-20080409_1.tgz ?

Your card looks a bit differnt from mine. On FreeBSD 6.4-stable (yes, I know it's old)

Perhaps your card is a newer model?
