And how can I fix it ? Something is causing your root filesystem not to be unmounted at shutdown. Issue a "shutdown now" or "kill 1" to go to single user state. Then issue a mount command to list which filesystems remain mounted. Whatever is still mounted is causing your root fs to remain mounted at halt/reboot.
