It means the host sent an ARP request for 192.168.5.6 via dc1 (because dc1
is on the 192.168.5.0 net) but the reply arrived on dc0. Are both
cards on the same physical LAN, by chance?

The messsage says it: 'Preloaded userconfig_script "/boot/kernel.conf"'
take a look at that file.
