Isn't it kinda obvious? :-) You're running the GENERIC kernel on the 3.3-RELEASE machine, but your own custom kernel on the 3.2-RELEASE machine. So look at the differences between 3.3-RELEASE's GENERIC kernel config and your own custom "AMAYA" kernel config. Have fun! Sheldon.
