I have 2 cables plugged together:
         1       2
Cisco }------{ }------{ Free BSD
             a b
Cable 1:
On the cisco end: X21 DCE
On the other extremity (a): Female like this:
		   ........
		    ......

Cable 2
On the extremity (b): Male like that:
		   ........
                    ......

On the FreeBSD end: It is a male like this:
		   ........
		  ........
		   .......

The clock is set (by the router) at clockrate 2015232
