The FreeBSD used on the Nokia product is different enough from the stock FreeBSD code that a dump would be essentially useless. A dump requires that at least have access to the symbols, and even then given that they've made significant kernel changes (especially to the routing code), it may not even give you much of a hint as to what went on.
