I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Boca 16 port (BB2016) works 
like a champ. All that is required to use it is a kernel recompile (and 
the instructions on the sio man page are pretty clear about this) to use 
multiport boards and to MAKEDEV the devices.

If it's desired, I'll write a step-by-step for it for the handbook.
