Funny.  No response.

Well, unless you've got some private replies, it seems that nobody is
actually dealing with this project.  So you've got to do everything
yourself...

Development itself takes place at the various mailing lists.  Send a
message with just `help' in the body to majordomo@freebsd.org.  This
will explain you the procedure to subscribe to the various lists.

In order to become successful, you will also want to stay (more or
less) -current with FreeBSD.  There's a section in the handbook that
describes how you can do this.
