You need to give us the exact error message - this isn't detailed
enough for me to render any kind of opinion.

No, no, newbies are allowed to ask these sorts of questions whenever they
wish, they simply have to give precise details if they want any help.
Saying "it said, uhm, ``error'' or something and didn't work!" isn't
quite enough. :-)
