I was afraid you would say that.  Yes, you're right, of course, but I
don't have any Microsoft in the house, and I wouldn't know how to
start.  Is there anybody out there (you, perhaps?) who could help me
write a chapter on it?

Ah yes, thanks for reminding me.  I was at least going to write
something about the differences between Linux and FreeBSD, though I
don't know if there's enough there to write sensibly about how to move
from Linux to FreeBSD.
