I put a sys tree up recently.  Try out:'

ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/cam-<data>.tar.gz

You'll also need

ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/config.cam

which is an updated version of the config program.
