Anyone mirroring gnats probably shouldn't care about 1mb of data,
and the expanded index really does help query performance a lot.

I had a 1.104 ready to go for freefall some time ago, but I've now
lost track of any/all local changes that were made,  so I don't
know how much the gnats on freefall actually differs from the output
of the port anymore.
