Hi, Evren. It's not a bug, it happens with any UNIX OS, not just FreeBSD. Normally, if you got disconnected, the process you executed continues running. The best way to avoid it is to configure auto-logoff. I believe it's in /etc/login.conf or somewhere else. Ask your provider.
