	I wrote an ASCII-to-markup (TeX or HTML, your choice)
	3 or 4 years ago.  It does "this" to ``this'' and
	*this is italics* to <I>this is italics</I> and more.

	Been meaning to do a _port_....

	If anybody wants ATOM, I'll mail an atom.uu file.
	It is virtually system independent.
