You forgot the "add default HISADDR" part, which adds a default route through HISADDR once the LCP negotiation is done. ;^) You can do this in the ppp.conf file, like in the example I sent you, or in a default: clause in ppp.linkup. -- "Where am I, and what am I doing in this handbasket?"
