I just thought of something.  At the moment, machines with more than one
host-pci bridge will not probe the second bus. We need to write code which
can recognise the second bridge and arrange to probe it.

The other difference from current is that devices are probed in 'depth
first' order instead of 'breadth first'.  For machines with pci-pci
bridges, this could change the unit numbers of some devices.
