Don't let the size of the weenie fool you with the power in it.

John Roth, CEO and Clarence Chandran, COO or Nortel Networks were
paid many millions of dollars in salary last year.  However, despite
their vaunted million-dollar business acumen, Notel announted a
loss of 19.2 BILLION dollars second quarter.

There is absolutely no coorelation between competence and the
dollar value of the equipment that your responsible for.
