Now that was a truly inspired idea. Never occurred to me. The card is now recognized, but now I'm dealing with a resource allocation failure. This, at least, is familiar ground and something I can troubleshoot. Interestingly, the flash card examples in pccard.conf want to make the PC card wdc1. I already have a wdc0 and a wdc1 in use.
