	The db for the pseudo-users has to be rebuilt at least once, and
probably more than once a day for the multi tens of thousands of users.
Unless we want to employ a full time vipw employee, I don't think this
will work. :)

	For now I can live with the behaviour of pwd_mkdb, my concern was
more along the lines of which I should send a PR on, the docs or the
binary, since (to my mind anyway) the two are out of synch.
