Gentlemen, can we please try and have some decorum here? Shouting and swearing at each other isn't going to achieve anything but ensure the other guy keeps his temper hot as well. Please, let's all just take it easy and it will all go much more smoothly. Please try and remember the advice your mother probably gave you when you were small about keeping one's mouth shut unless happy smiley things are issuing forth from it.
