Referring to the chapter by number was a mistake..it's since been corrected. Installing the US version after the fact can be done by going back and selecting the 'crypto' distribution from sysinstall - the international version isn't available on the Walnut Creek CD (there are internationally-produced releases which do include it) which is why it's available separately as a package.
