I borrowed a supported PCMCIA NIC for upgrading to -STABLE :-)

Regarding the CVSweb issue, there is a problem processing the CVS logs
for if_xe.c. I reported that to Bill Fenner, who identified the
cause and is working on the fix for CVSweb.
