I am using FreeBSD 3.4. I had a look at "man vnconfig" before but was worried because there was no mention of ramdrive size ( I need an 8MB ramdrive ). Do you think I need to use "dd" to create a file ( 8 x 1024k blocks ) and then use "vnconfig" to move it into ram and mount it ???
