Having wine is indeed the > problem here :-) Heh. Maybe the port should detect the existance of Wine and put up a warning or something? Maybe WITH_MGA should be commented out as well, since it is useless until FreeBSD gets Linux kernel module compatilibity somehow (I'm not holding my breath).
