What were you trying to cvsup and build. A buildworld of 4.4-rc1 from eary
this morning didn't have any problems compiling cpp0 but I couldn't find a
cpp0.1 in my buildworld log.

cc -O -pipe -DIN_GCC -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DPREFIX=\"/usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr\"
-I/usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin
/cc/cccp/../cc_tools -I/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cc/cccp/../cc_tools
-I/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cc/cccp/../../../../contrib/gcc -
I/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cc/cccp/../../../../contrib/gcc/config
-I/usr/obj/usr/src/i386/usr/include -static -o cpp0 ccc
p.o cexp.o obstack.o prefix.o version.o
