Nice. My firmware is as old as my processor stepping (read: ancient). I have excellent support from the sysadmin. He's putting in another 1GB and looks if the machine can be upgraded. Unfortunately he's going away, which means that I have to go through the official channels again which basicly means I'm hosed.
